TrustGaia.com supplies on all weekdays by international shipping for a price of 4,84€ to Spain and around 10-20€ to Denmark fx – depends of weight.
If the amount is over 99€, it’s free shipping. We will ship the order as soon as possible and most often the day after you have completed your order. You can always follow your package via the track-and-trace number that you will receive by e-mail.
A license is issued for 2 years under the purchase act. The right to appeal applies to defects in materials and / or fabrication.
The complaint does not apply to errors or damage caused by improper operation of the product / service.

If a refund has been agreed upon, please send us your bank details so that we can transfer the agreed amount.
A full return of 14 days is given on items purchased in our webshop.
The period is counted from the day you receive the order.
Return costs must be borne by yourself.
Cancellation must be notified to us no later than 14 days after the purchase and from the cancellation, you must return the shipment within 14 days.
The notification shall be given per mail at email@example.com. In the message, please let us know clearly that you wish to use your right of cancellation.
In order to receive the full purchase amount, you must do the same as you can at a physical store. You must see the item, but do not take it for use.
